A practice & self-assessment platform — for learners, educators, and teams

Find the gaps. Assign the right practice.Show real improvement.

Practicks connects assessments, targeted practice, and progress reporting into one workflow — so learners see where they stand, and educators and teams can prove that their people are getting better.

How it works

One loop, end to end.

Assessment, diagnosis, practice and progress reporting connected — instead of four disconnected tools.

Step 1

Assess

Run assessments across ten question formats — auto-graded and human-reviewed, mixed in one paper.

Step 2

Diagnose

See exactly which topics and skills are weak — per learner and per cohort, not just a total score.

Step 3

Practise

Practice mistakes feed a spaced-review queue, so weak areas come back at the right time — self-serve or assigned by a teacher.

Step 4

Improve

Track growth over time at the learner and the cohort level, and prove it with a report.

What you get

Outcomes, not just features.

For learners & candidates

  • Know your real strengths and gaps — not a single pass/fail number.
  • Adaptive and self-practice that targets what you keep getting wrong.
  • A mistake notebook with spaced review so it sticks the next time.
  • Practise on web and mobile, with downloadable offline practice packs on mobile.

For institutions & teams

  • Cut assessment admin — author once, assign to a class or cohort, auto-grade what you can.
  • Find struggling learners early with at-risk flags and most-missed questions.
  • Assign targeted remediation to exactly the students who need it.
  • Demonstrate cohort improvement to leadership and sponsors, with downloadable reports.
  • Keep full oversight — role-based access, tenant isolation, and an audit trail.

Trust & integrity

Defensible when it matters, safe by default.

Most practice is just practice. For the attempts that must count — and for younger learners — the guardrails are built in and transparent.

Opt-in proctoring, always transparent

Turned on per assessment. The test-taker sees exactly what's captured and consents before they begin — no covert capture.

Cross-submission plagiarism checks

Coding submissions are compared for similarity, with the matched stretches highlighted for a reviewer to weigh.

Human decisions, not automated verdicts

Flagged attempts surface evidence for a person to confirm or clear. An algorithm never issues the integrity judgement.

Oversight for younger learners

No private channels between one teacher and one student; doubts are visible to assigned faculty, admins, and the linked parent.

Tenant isolation & audit

Another organisation can't read your learners or data. Key administrative, assessment and review actions are recorded in the audit log.

Growth-oriented for learners

Learners see a Journey-to-Mastery band, not a failure stamp — while institutions keep the thresholds and review decisions they need.

Getting started

Two clear paths.

Individuals

Start free — up to 5 self-created practice assessments. Assessments shared with you are always unlimited. No card required. Paid individual plans are coming soon.

Institutions & teams

We set up your tenant, provision learners and staff with role-based access, and shape your question bank so your first class or cohort can get started quickly — with reporting your leadership and sponsors can act on.

FAQ

Answered plainly.

Does Practicks replace an exam, entrance test, or interview?

No. Practicks is for practice and self-assessment. Content aligns with the concepts in a syllabus or skill area — not the exact paper pattern, timing, or marking of any official exam, and not a stand-in for a real interview. Always prepare with your own recommended material.

Is my score a credential I can give a recruiter or employer?

A Practicks assessment score is not itself a credential — don’t submit it as proof of ability. Separately, an institution can issue its own completion recordsfor programs their learners finish; those are the institution’s statement, not a Practicks score.

Does Practicks provide learning content or replace a course?

Practicks provides assessment and practice content, and its catalogue grows continuously. It does not replace a course, textbook, or teaching program, and it doesn’t push a curriculum or methodology — learn the way that works for you and use Practicks to measure where you stand.

Does it rank people or shame them for low scores?

Learners never see a PASS/FAIL label — they see a growth band, a mistake notebook that reschedules what they got wrong, and progress against their own past. Institutions still keep the thresholds, grading and review decisions they need for consequential evaluation.

What does “free” include for an individual?

You can create up to 5 of your own practice assessments on the free tier; assessments others share with you never count against that. No card is required. Paid individual plans aren’t open yet — start free today and you’ll be first to know when they are.

Which subjects or skills are covered?

Coverage grows continuously, and what a given learner sees depends on their institution’s setup. Faculty and teams can also author their own questions inside their tenant. If something isn’t available yet, it may land in a future update.

Can a test-taker see what a proctored attempt records?

Yes. Proctoring is opt-in per assessment, and the test-taker sees the exact signals being captured before they consent and start. There is no covert capture, and a person — not an algorithm — makes the final integrity call.

See where your people really stand.
